Oxford Learning Cambridge is seeking a Client Experience & Early Learning Coordinator to join our team. This unique role combines family relations, educational support, administration, and early learning instruction. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with parents, supporting young learners, and helping create an engaging and welcoming learning environment.

This position is currently part-time, with opportunities for increased responsibilities and growth into a full-time leadership role as the centre continues to expand.

Position Details

This role is in-person. Applicants must be able to commute to our Cambridge location. This is not an online position. Vulnerable Sector Screening is required.

Hours will primarily be scheduled during afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

As the Client Experience & Early Learning Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting students, parents, teachers, and centre operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming families and providing an exceptional customer service experience
  • Responding to inquiries and helping families understand Oxford Learning programs
  • Supporting student enrolment and onboarding processes
  • Organizing schedules for students, teachers, and assessments
  • Maintaining student records and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with parent communication and follow-up
  • Helping coordinate student assessments and learning programs
  • Maintaining a positive, professional, and organized centre environment
  • Supporting community outreach initiatives, events, and local partnerships
  • Teaching and supporting students in our Little Readers and early learning programs
  • Working directly with children ages 3–8 using Oxford Learning’s proprietary materials and methodology
  • Teaching foundational literacy skills including phonics, letter recognition, vocabulary, reading readiness, and fine motor development
  • Completing student communication updates and lesson notes
  • Supporting centre staff and contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Ensuring Oxford Learning philosophies and standards are maintained throughout the centre

Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Youth Care, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field preferred
  • University students in their final years of study may be considered
  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) designation is an asset
  • Teaching certification is an asset

Experience

  • Experience working with young children in an educational, childcare, tutoring, or recreational setting
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with parents and families
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable learning new software and computer systems
  • Experience with scheduling, administration, or office coordination is an asset
  • Experience in sales, enrolment, or client-facing roles is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

Job Type: Part-Time with opportunity for future Full-Time growth

Salary: $18 - $20 / hour

Schedule: 

  • Monday to Thursday afternoons and evenings
  • Saturday mornings
  • Additional hours available based on centre needs and growth
