Franchise Sales Specialist – Resales

The Franchise Sales Specialist – Resales will work closely with existing franchisees to support the Centre through the sales process.  This role will serve as an intermediary between the prospective franchisee and the existing franchisees to facilitate the Centre transfer.

What you will do:

  • Lead the sales process for new franchises from initial contact/application through to final sale of an existing Centre.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to prospective franchisees, clearly articulating the value proposition and business model.
  • Lead the execution of the franchise qualification process; coordinate individual and group interviews; answer administration questions; coordinate training dates; coordinate & attend in-person meetings with prospective franchisees; serve as the primary liaison for franchisee candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with franchise standards and regulations when establishing a location as a Resale.
  • Facilitate the signing of the Franchise Agreement with the new franchisee, ensuring clear communication of terms and expectations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
  • Organize and participate in franchise expos, seminars, and other promotional events, both in person and virtually, to generate leads for resale locations.
  • Work with external vendors and partners as required to develop and refine the marketing and lead generation strategy. 
  • Provide ongoing support to new franchisees during the transfer process to ensure a smooth takeover.
  • Other duties are required.

Job Requirements

Skills and Specifications:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end sales cycles.
  • High degree of professionalism and an ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in business administration, marketing, or real estate.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or business development.

Experience:

  • Direct experience in is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of franchising.

The Franchise Sales Specialist – Resales requires an individual who is both a self-starter and a skilled communicator.

This role is hybrid. Attendance is required at Head Office in London, ON on a regular basis.

This role requires 20-35% travel.

Relocation packages are not available.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 / year plus commissions
