Oxford Learning Montreal NDG is looking for passionate teachers to join our dynamic academic team! Our ideal candidate is bilingual and able to support the learning of French, English, mathematics and sciences (physics, chemistry and biology) at an elementary and high school level.

Our focus goes further than simply helping our students improve academically – with us, they also learn how to listen, remember, concentrate and, most importantly, how to believe in themselves. 

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online position. Relocation packages are not available. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

• Paid training using cognitive-based methods, including our Interactive Coaching method
• A 3:1 student-teacher ratio (you will never teach more than three students at a time)

We require:

• Bilingualism and ease teaching various subjects in both official languages
• Ability to teach French, English, math and science at an elementary and high school level
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience, or similarly pertinent experience
• An energetic personality and a passion for teaching kids!

In this position, you will play a key role in helping students develop their self-confidence and self-esteem. Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16 - $18 / hour

Schedule:

• 6-15 teaching hours per week
• Must be available 2-4 evenings from 4:00pm - 7:00pm and Saturday Morning from 9:00am-1:00pm
