We teach students from pre-school to post-secondary levels how to learn, concentrate, listen, and remember. But most importantly, to believe in themselves as they reach their academic dreams.
Job details:
This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. No relocation package is offered.
Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.
Responsibilities (Position Details):
As the Administrator, you participate in the centre's operations, including working with multiple people from centre staff to teachers, to parents, and of course, the students! You will work directly with the Centre Director as a key staff member with the following responsibilities:
answer clients' calls, messages and emails
schedule appointments with clients (Centre Visit/Assessment/Enrollment)
collect and update clients' information in the system
arrange makeup classes for students
check student attendance and record staff hours
organize students' trays & binders (in-class materials)
greet families as a designated door person
host virtual class sessions
send reminders to clients and the team (weekly class reminder, weekly staff schedule, the 1st class reminder, holiday center closure email, etc.)
manage the Oxford curriculum, assessment materials, office supply, students’ and HR folders
take students' photos (system record and birthday board)
marketing
contact service providers to resolve operational issues (if any)

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience is required
University graduate
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
Additional language spoken is an asset (Mandarin/Cantonese)
Experience in customer service and strong phone skills
Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)

Salary: $19 - $21 / hour
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 6pm
Saturday morning availability
