Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring success in both math and science subjects, including chemistry and biology at the senior high school level.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach high school math and science courses, including chemistry and biology up to Grades 11 and 12.
Prepare students for standardized tests such as the SAT.
Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
Communicate effectively with the Education Coordinator about student development and lesson planning.
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of high school math and science curricula, particularly chemistry and biology.
Previous teaching or tutoring experience in high school math and science subjects.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A passion for teaching and helping students succeed academically.
Availability:

Must be available Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Availability on Saturdays (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) is an asset but not mandatory.

About Us:
At Oxford Learning Forest Hill, we are passionate about inspiring a love of learning in young children. Our programs focus on developing strong foundational skills in reading, phonics, and math, helping students build confidence and excel academically.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach early reading, phonics, and math to kindergarten and elementary students (up to grade 8).
Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual student needs.
Use the Oxford Learning curriculum and teaching methods to deliver effective lessons.
Provide feedback on student progress through Lesson Planner Reviews (LPRs).
Work collaboratively with the Education Coordinator and other teachers.
Qualifications:

Experience working with young children in teaching, coaching, or after-school programs.
Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) certification is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young learners.
Passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed.
Availability:

Must be available Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
